Do I need to provide the copy?

No. I write all the copy based on a short intake form you fill in — your services, service areas, a bit about your business. You review it and request changes. Most clients barely need to change anything.
What do I need to provide?

Your logo (or I'll create a simple wordmark), one or two photos, your ABN, licence number, phone, email, and about 20 minutes of your time on a quick call. That's it.
What platform is the site built on?

Pure HTML, CSS and JavaScript — no WordPress, no Wix, no monthly plugin costs. This means faster load times, lower hosting costs (~$10/month), and no risk of your site going down because a plugin updated. You own the files outright.
Can I update the site myself after it's built?

The files are yours. If you're comfortable with basic HTML editing you can absolutely edit it yourself. Most clients prefer to use the monthly retainer for updates — it's easier and cheaper than learning to do it yourself.
How long until my site ranks on Google?
▾
Typically 4–12 weeks for local searches. The suburb-targeted pages, schema markup and blog content give you the best possible foundation — but Google still takes time to crawl and index new sites. The Professional and Premium builds include sitemap submission to speed this up.
Do you do ongoing SEO work?

The monthly retainer includes one new blog post per month which is the most effective ongoing SEO work for a small local business. I don't sell expensive monthly SEO retainers that promise the world — for a tradie targeting one city, a solid site and regular content is the whole strategy.
