Nate's Rates Electrical
A 42-page SEO website for a licensed electrician. Built from scratch, delivered in 5 days.
A Licensed Electrician With No Online Presence
Nate runs a domestic and commercial electrical business out of Wallsend, Newcastle. He had a domain, a Facebook page, and zero web presence beyond that.
The goal: a professional website that ranks for local search terms, builds trust before the phone call, and gives customers an easy way to request a quote.
He needed suburb-targeted pages to show up when people search "electrician Maitland" or "switchboard upgrade Cessnock" — not just generic results. He also wanted tools that set him apart: a switchboard safety quiz and a price estimator.
The Full Deliverable
How It Was Built
Pure HTML/CSS/JS
No WordPress, no page builders, no bloat. The entire site is static HTML — fast, secure, and hosting costs around $10/month on any shared host. No monthly plugin fees, no update nightmares.
SEO From the Ground Up
Every page has a unique title, meta description, canonical URL, and structured data. The suburb pages target specific geographic keywords. The blog content targets "cost of X in Newcastle" queries that tradies' customers actually search.
Built for Growth
The site is generated from a config file — adding a new suburb page or service page takes minutes. When Nate expands into new areas, the site scales with him without a full rebuild.
Mobile First
Most of Nate's customers will find him on a phone. Every page is designed and tested mobile-first, with a sticky call bar, swipeable service carousel, and a contact form that's fast to fill in on a small screen.
